Direct Support Professional

A Direct Support Professional provides direct care to a person with a disability and provides assistance with a person’s daily living skills and full participation in their local community.  Bridges’ Direct Support Professionals assist the people we support lead self-directed lives so that they may lead the most full and enriching life possible.  We’re always searching for quality direct caregivers and we encourage you to apply today.

Client Services Field Supervisor

A Client Services Field Supervisor is a front line manager who works closely with Direct Support Professionals and other team members to ensure great services and supports for a caseload of people with disabilities.  Client Services Field Supervisors are a critical part of our team.  They work directly with families and individuals to ensure services and supports are delivered in the best way possible.  Generally, a Client Services Field Supervisor has a Bachelors degree in an applicable social services field.
